There is no subject more frightening than the subject of eternal punishment in an ever burning hell fire! This is what the world’s churches teach, and what they profess to believe. The doctrine is as PAGAN as one can get, and has no Scriptural basis in fact. Yet, it is still taught as if it comes directly from the mouth of YHWH. Does it?
From earliest childhood we are taught to fear the Creator lest we be punished by being thrown into the fires of hell at death. And, it is a lie!
Believe it or not, there is absolutely no ever burning hell fire taught in the Scriptures. This is a totally fraudulent teaching from the minds of demented pagans taken up by the “church” and fostered on an unsuspecting mankind.
The basis of this teaching is that man has an “immortal” soul. Thus, when a man or woman dies, the soul flits off to heaven or hell immediately. Some claim to a purgatory first, then hell. Other scenarios are given. Each one an excuse for supporting a false doctrine. Now, if you misread some verses in the Scriptures, you could come to that conclusion yourself. In fact, here is one quoted straight out of the King James Version. It is one of the first to be quoted if you say that mankind has no immortal soul.
According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Messiah shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. For to me to live is Messiah, and to die is gain. But, if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Messiah; which is far better:
There now, does that not prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that man has an immortal soul? Can’t you just see the logic of that verse? Surely you must see that? (Of course, I know that verse doesn’t teach that, but, do you?) But, this is not the only verse used in this way. Here is another one for you:
Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Sovereign: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Sovereign.
See, there it is again, a verse that shows you have an immortal soul. Don’t you see that? Isn’t it obvious that we need to go no further with this article? It’s in black and white, we “have” an immortal soul. OR, do we?
Shall we list another “proof” for this doctrine out of the Scriptures? Sure, why not, now that we are on a roll.
And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Messiah, save thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear Elohim, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said unto Yahshua, Sovereign, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Yahshua said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
I suppose we have no need to go on, do we? Of course, if we go further, you’ll learn the truth that there is no immortal soul.
Is A DEAD Soul ALIVE?
Have you ever asked this question before?
“If we are still ‘alive’ after we die, why does Paul teach us that the “WAGES of sin IS DEATH?”
If it is not truly death, then why not use a different expression? For instance, “the wages of sin is the destruction of the BODY only.” Or, “the wages of sin is to pass on.” Maybe this will do better. “Drop your body and live.”
This short article, in actual fact, is not meant to fully prove to you now that there is no ever burning hell fire. It is just the first of many facts to come that will give you the facts and full proof. Our first effort is to get you to question the false teaching that the soul does not die, just the body. For, if you can begin to see the truth of the MORTAL soul, then you’ll have to admit that today’s church teaching on this matter is not true, and that something is and has been drastically wrong.
If then, we have an immortal soul, how do you answer this statement from Ezekiel?
Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: THE SOUL THAT SINNETH IT SHALL DIE.”
Is there a contradiction in the Scriptures? What does Ezekiel mean the “soul” it shall “DIE?” I thought the soul could not die, only the body. Isn’t that what you have been taught all these years? Could there be something wrong with this teaching?
Here is a verse quoted by many to prove the soul is immortal, but, when you read it for what it says, the verse clearly shows the soul can die, or be killed!
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to DESTROY BOTH soul and body in hell.
Now, I know most get hung up over the first half of the verse, but the second half says BOTH can be DESTROYED. Look again at the verse. Doesn’t it clearly say “destroy” both? You know it does. So what does that mean? It means this: YOU DO NOT HAVE AN IMMORTAL SOUL. Can you grasp this? It comes right out of the book most profess to base their teachings on!
And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we SHALL also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood CANNOT inherit the kingdom of YHWH; neither doth CORRUPTION inherit INCORRUPTION. Behold, I shew you a secret; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be CHANGED. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the DEAD shall be raised INCORRUPTIBLE, and we shall be CHANGED. FOR THIS CORRUPTIBLE MUST PUT ON INCORRUPTION, AND THIS MORTAL MUST PUT ON IMMORTALITY.
Read all of I Corinthians 15. Then re-read it again. Notice verse 26. It says the last enemy to be destroyed is DEATH. It does not say the “ACT of dying” will be destroyed. Doesn’t that mean that if any one remains dead, that the last enemy is not done away? Whatever you label as death, it is to be done away, is it not? Well, if you still believe death is “living in hell forever,” that’s OK too. Why? Because that death you believe in is to be DONE AWAY no matter how you describe it. Otherwise, Paul and the Scriptures are lying.
So, Will YOU Go to HELL? Yes, we all do. Hell is the STATE of BEING DEAD — all over, just like Rover who when he died, he died all over. It is from this STATE, or condition, that we are to be RESURRECTED. By the way, if the wages of sin is to be tormented in hell FOREVER, then the Messiah did not pay the full penalty did He? He was in the grave only three days and nights. That is NOT forever, or even close to forever!
Isn’t it time you began a real search for the real truth of the Bible? Start now, while you can.
